Website imagery

The hero scenes on Buy, Sell and Relocate are AI-generated architectural illustrations of fictional homes. They do not depict available listings or establish a property location or view. Featured listing photographs are separate and identify their listing agents; consult the linked listing for current details. The homepage hero photograph is owner supplied; its location and listing status are unverified.

Website inquiries

Website inquiries are sent to Gordon through HubSpot. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial documents. An inquiry does not book an appointment or authorize marketing or automated messages.

An inquiry can create a HubSpot contact or add an inquiry note to an existing contact. Submitted reply details are recorded with the note. Resend sends Gordon a notification with a CRM link. No appointment or referral is arranged automatically. Browser autofill settings are controlled separately by your browser.

Inquiry information and its purpose

Inquiry details are used to respond to your request and help with your real estate plans. The form asks for your name, email and preferred reply method. Phone is required only if you request a phone call. Optional timing, budget, area, destination, property reference and message help describe your request. Relevant page and campaign context may accompany an inquiry when delivery is enabled. Do not include sensitive financial, identity or health documents.

HubSpot and Gmail

Gordon uses HubSpot to manage website inquiries. Resend sends a notification to gordon.campfield@exprealty.com containing a CRM link rather than a copy of your inquiry text. Your inquiry details are stored in HubSpot. Notifications addressed to Gordon’s eXp email may be forwarded to his Realty Gmail inbox; email correspondence and provider records are handled separately.

An inquiry requests a response and real estate assistance, not enrollment in marketing or automated messages. The custom website does not add a marketing subscription request.

Introductions to another agent

Gordon discusses Tampa Bay representation directly. For other destinations, he can discuss suitable local-agent options. Gordon will discuss a proposed introduction and obtain your consent before sharing your contact details or inquiry information with another agent. The website does not automatically forward inquiries to other agents. Availability, representation and referral terms are discussed before proceeding.

Retention and privacy requests

Gordon retains inquiry information only as needed to respond, support the relationship and related real estate assistance, and keep required records. The website does not implement an automatic deletion schedule or promise a fixed deletion deadline.

Gordon reviews requests sent to gordon.campfield@exprealty.com to correct or delete inquiry information or stop follow-up. He considers the records involved and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. A request does not itself delete information from HubSpot, Gmail or other retained copies. Do not email sensitive identity documents with a request.

Browser storage, fonts and hosting

Campaign parameters, including available advertising click identifiers, may be kept in browser session storage as you navigate and included in the context of an inquiry when delivery is enabled. Google Fonts supplies this design’s typography through external font requests. Website images are served as local assets.

The current source adds no HubSpot tracking script, advertising pixel or analytics beacon. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes request and security information, including network addresses, to operate and protect the service. Turnstile checks form requests. No specific provider retention period is promised here.

Separate search and appointments

Home Search opens Gordon’s separate eXp/BoldTrail website. Its forms and data handling are separate from this custom inquiry route; a provider inquiry is not assumed to create a HubSpot contact. Calendly opens separately for appointments, where its Privacy Notice applies. Opening a search, phone, email or calendar link does not submit the website form or confirm a booking. Property and representation disclosures

Featured homes are a limited selection of externally listed properties with listing-agent attribution and links. They are not a live MLS feed; confirm current price, details and availability on the linked listing. Illustrative hero scenes are distinguished from listing photographs in the imagery note above. No agent introduction or representation is agreed automatically.

Wire instructions

Verify payment instructions by voice using a known, trusted phone number. Treat unexpected changes as a reason to verify again.
